Lake Mburo National Park

Why Visit Lake Mburo National Park

It is the smallest savannah park in Uganda and its seen as a stop – off between Kamapala and Bwindi or gorilla trekking areas. The park is home to Uganda´s only population of Impala, large numbers of Zebras, Buffalos, Tops, Water bucks, Elands, Leopard and due to lack of lions the plentiful game is relaxed which helps  explain walking safaris are so good.

Where to stay!

There are several lodges ranging from the classic, medium and Up market lodges:

Eagle nest of Nature lodges, Hyena hill lodge, Rwakobo safari lodge, Leopard safari camp, Mihingo safari lodge, Kigarama widerness lodge, Kigambira lodge, Mpogo safari lodge and Emburara farm lodge
