This 21 days Uganda cultural tour and wildlife safari starts at and ends at Entebbe International airport, offering a remarkable journey through the country ´s premier wildlife and cultural destinations. The journey will take through most of the National parks in Uganda and you will get involved in the community activities as part of the cultural encounters.

21 - Day Itinerary
DAY - 1
Arrival at Entebbe international air port
Upon arrival you will be received by the driver guide who will assist you with the bags and transfer you to the booked hotel. After settling in the hotel, you will be briefed by your guide on how the safari will run.
DAY - 2
To Sipi falls on the slopes of Mountain Elgon
Have breakfast and head to Sipi Kapchorwa district at the slopes of mountain Elgon with stop at jinja to visit the source of the Nile River which is the longest river in the world. Continue to Sipi falls at the slopes of mount Elgon reaching in time for lunch. Later in the after noon you will visit the foot of Sipi falls and coffee tour before returning to the accommodation.
DAY - 3
Sipi to Pian upe National Park
You start the day by transferring to Pian Upe national park, for game drive before heading to the Pain community for a cultural Experience and later to Moroto town for overnight stay.
DAY - 4
To Kidepo Valley National Park
After an early breakfast you will drive to Nakapelimoru village in Katido district. Nakapelimoru is the largest traditional village in East Africa located in the Karamoja region, it is known for its large size and preserved cultural traditions. You will visit the village for the cultural experience lunch break before heading to Kidepo valley national park.
DAY - 5
Kidepo Valley National Park to Mount Morungole
Wake up early have breakfast and drive to mountain morungole to visit the Ikii tribe which is the smallest tribe in Uganda and still leaving traditionally. Upon reaching the foot step of the mountain Morungole we start hiking to the top of the mountain where the Ikii people stay for the cultural experience of their day to day life and later on you hike down and drive back to the hotel.
DAY - 6
Kidepo Valley National Park
Be up early for breakfast before heading for morning game drive along the Narus valley and later another game drive along the Kidepo valley. The whole day will be spent in the park.
DAY - 7
Kidepo Valley National Park to Murchison Falls National Park
This day you will transfer to Murchison falls national park via Gulu town where you have lunch break, later on continue to the park combined with the game drive before reaching the hotel in the heart of Murchison falls national park.
DAY - 8
Murchison Falls National Park
Be up early breakfast and head for the morning game drive as the cats are always active in the morning hours. You will fall back to the hotel for lunch before heading for the boat safari along the longest river in the world the Nile River. You will have a short evening game drive as you drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY - 9
Murchison Falls National Park to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
You will drive out of the Murchison falls national park via the top of Murchison falls later you will visit Bomu women group at the exit or entrance gate of Murchison falls national a park depending on which side your coming from for a cultural experience and lunch in the community before heading to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhino tracking and overnight stay.
DAY - 10
Ziwa to Kibale national park
You will start the day by tracking the Rhinos on foot in company of an armed ranger, and later drive to Kibale national park with lunch break enroute.
DAY - 11
Ziwa sanctuary to Kibale Forest National Park
Have a relaxed break fast and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, the drive will take you through scenic villages and you will be in time for lunch and relax after or head out for crater drive and then later back to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY - 12
Kibale Forest National Park
Have breakfast and head to the park offices for paper work and registration later followed by the general briefing by the ranger guide about the dos and do nots during the chimpanzee trekking. There after you will proceed to the jungle to look for the close relatives and once you have found the chimpanzee you will spend an hour observing and taking photos return to the hotel , lunch and later in the afternoon head out for Bigodi wetland Excursion which has an extensive array of bio diversity including a number of primates and birds, there after return to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY - 13
To Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have breakfast and start the day by having a community walk around Bigodi for cultural experience and how the banana gin is made before transferring to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive to Queen Elizabeth Park will go through the scenic crater area and you will reach the hotel in time for lunch. After lunch you head out for the evening game drive along the channel track and later back to the accommodation.
DAY - 14
Queen Elizabeth National Park
Be up early for the morning breakfast and proceed for the morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains and look for Lions, Leopard, Buffalos, Elephants among other wildlife. The game drive will take 3-4 hours before returning to the accommodation for rest, lunch and later go for the afternoon boat safari on Kazinga channel for two hours. During the boat safari the sight for wildlife at the river banks cooling off their bodies, crocodiles swimming and many bird species will be seen. After wards you can go for short evening game drive before returning to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY - 15
Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park
Enjoy a relaxed break fast and travel to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park famous for tree climbing lions which are resident of that sector. The game drive in Ishasha will take about 2hours and then continue to Bwindi Forest Impenetrable National Park.
Upon exist from the park you will stop at the community craft shop and restaurant for lunch and coffee. After lunch you can check around the craft shop or learn basket wiving before hitting the road again to Bwindi Forest Impenetrable National Park.
DAY - 16
Gorilla trekking Bwindi Forest Impenetrable National Park
After an early breakfast, you will head to the park offices for paper work and general briefing by the ranger’s guide about the history, dos and do nots while tracking the gorillas. After the general briefing, you will enter the jungle for the adventure. The forest is beautiful, offers dramatic steeply forested land scape and dense but rangers are experts as they always open up new trails because trekking is never the same every day is different experience. The time taken and the terrain vary depending on the movements of the great apes. Once you locate the gorilla, you will spend one hour in their presence observing the gorillas in their natural habitat, feed, groom, play, silver back display dominance and some times move as they look for food. The time spent observing the gentle giants is awesome, exciting experience and un forgettable. Return to the office for official graduation for successful trekking the gorillas, you will be issued with a certificate and return to the accommodation to relax and admire the beautiful views of the Bwindi Forest Park.
DAY - 17
Bwindi Forest national park to Mgahinga national park
Have an early breakfast then leave for Mgahinga national park for the Batwa trail experience. This is where the visitors learn about the history and the traditional life style of the Batwa people the forest´s original in habitants. Up on reaching the Mgahinga national park offices, your guide will do the paper work followed by general briefing by the rangers before entering the forest to learn how the Batwa people used to leave in the forest. Return to then lodge have lunch and transfer to lake Bunyonyi for a relaxing afternoon.
DAY - 18
To Lake Bunyonyi
After days of long drives, strenuous Batwa trail and gorilla trekking this day is at your disposal for relaxing at the lake Bunyonyi. Should you wish to do any extra activity, your guide can arrange that at an extra cost.
DAY - 19
Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park
Have breakfast and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park via Mbarara town which is the biggest in western Uganda. You will reach the hotel in time for lunch and later in the afternoon head to the park for the afternoon game drive. On the game drive expect to the Elands, the buffalos, impalas, warthogs, Zebras and many more wildlife species. You can opt for a night game drive at an extra cost or return back to the accommodation.
DAY - 20
20 Lake Mburo National Park to Entebbe
Be up early and head to park for the morning walking safari with an armed ranger. The walking safari brings you up close to wildlife like Giraffe, Zebras, Impalas, Buffalos and many more animals. Later return to the accommodation for freshen up, have breakfast and check out, transfer to Entebbe via the Equator for pictures and lunch break before finally heading to Entebbe town for overnight stay at the booked accommodation.
DAY - 21
Transfer to Entebbe International airport
Have a relaxing breakfast, depending on the flight time, you will be transferred to the airport at leisure.
