Be up early, have breakfast and transfer to the park   offices for paper work and general briefing   by the park rangers. Nyungwe Forest National Park is a true rain forest typically receiving in excess of 2000mm of rain annually. Nyungwe protects the largest single tract of montane forest remaining anywhere in East and central Africa.  The main attraction of Nyungwe Forest is it´s primates especially chimpanzee.  Enjoy guided nature walk in the rain forest in search for the wild gorillas.  When we sight the chimpanzee, you spend an hour with the chimpanzee in their natural habitat.  Return to the lodge for lunch and later transfer to Kibuye either by road and speed boat, dinner and over night at the beautiful resort on lake Kivu Cormoran lodge.

After leisurely breakfast, drive to Ruhengeri via Gisenyi another lake resort for lunch.Then continue to Kiningi, the main base town for gorilla trekking, overnight at Gorilla Mountain view lodge or any other lodge.

After breakfast transfer to the Volcanoes National Park for the registration and general briefing before entering the jungle to search for the gentle giants. The high light of your safari will be meeting the gentle giants of Volcanoes! Especially hikers will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. Expect to walk a  long distance in steep and muddy conditions, some times with rain over head, before you encounter the any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique   and un forgettable experience! Return and transfer to Kigali city dinner and over night at Kigali Serena hotel

Have a relaxed breakfast and transfer to Airport at your convenience and say good bye to land of thousand hills and see you when you return.
