OUR POLICY



RESERVATION OF SAFARIS

40% deposit is required at the time of booking a safari; this enables us to secure the necessary reservations for permits, accommodation and scheduled activities. The balance should be paid 3 months before your safari starts.


CANCELLATION

If you cancel your holiday, a written notification from you is required, since we incur costs in arranging and cancelling all the travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows:

More than 90 days 30% of the holiday cost
Between 60 days and 30days 90% of the holiday cost
Less than 30 days 100% of the holiday cost
No refund for purchased gorilla permits and chimpanzee as it is a policy for Uganda wildlife Authority.


CHANGES

If we make changes to your holiday, we will inform you as soon as possible before departure. You will have a choice to of either accepting the changes or offer of alternative travel arrangements of the same standard. This applies to major and minor changes but we always try as much as possible to stick to the agreed holiday arrangements and to give you the best.


OUR LIABILITY

For package holiday only, we are responsible for ensuring that your package holiday is of a reasonable standard and as described by us to you. If any part fails to reach the standard and affects the enjoyment of your holiday, we will offer compensation, so long as it is not due to events outside our control.
